:: Making a Glass Bong          Print

Step 1

You will need:-

              *Glass hammer (found at the back of

               Busses)

              *Hose pipe (approximately 10 cm)

              *Super glue

              *Foil

              *Pin brush

              *Water

Step 2

Find a suitable vessel to make your bong out of, I

Recommend a pasta bake bottle.

Step 3

The hole for the hose pipe now needs to be made.  You

take the glass hammer and tap the glass about 2 thirds

of the way up.  It is important that you only tap the

glass with the hammer.  If you hit it to hard it will

break.  Repeatedly tap the glass until a hole is

made then it should prove easier to extend the hole

until the hose fits in it.

Step 4

The hose now needs to be inserted into the hole. 

Depending on the quality of the whole superglue may

or may not be needed.  If there are any gaps between

the hose pipe and the glass it should be sealed with

superglue.

Step 5

A gauze now needs to be fitted to the end of the hose

pipe.  Take a piece of foil roughly 4*4cm in size

and cover the end of the hose with it.  Use your

finger to create an indentation in the end.  Wrap the

foil tight around the hose.  Now take the pin brush

and pin holes over the indentation.

Step 6

Finally the water has to be pored into the vessel.

Fill the vessel until the water is 1-2cm above

the end of the hose pipe.

Now the bong is finished and ready to smoke!
